1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hyacinthharley.com and your interactions with products, programs, events and services offered by Hyacinth Harley Ventures LLC (“HHV,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the website or purchasing, registering for or participating in an HHV offering, you agree to the terms that apply to that interaction.

2. Eligibility

Our website, programs and services are intended for adults age 18 and older. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for using the website and our offerings lawfully.

3. Third-party purchases

Books or other products purchased through Amazon, Barnes & Noble or another third-party retailer are subject to that retailer’s ordering, payment, shipping, return and refund terms. Questions about those transactions should be directed to the retailer.

4. Direct physical-product purchases

For eligible physical products purchased directly from HHV, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Unless the item arrived damaged or we sent an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Any product-specific terms displayed at checkout also apply.

5. Digital products

Digital products are generally final sale once delivered, downloaded or access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where a verified technical problem prevents access and we are unable to resolve it.

6. HHV events and workshops

Unless event-specific terms state otherwise, paid HHV event and workshop registrations are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible attendee before the event. If HHV cancels an event, we may offer a refund or transfer to a rescheduled date, as appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, HHV is not responsible for incidental costs such as travel or lodging arising from an event cancellation, postponement or attendee’s inability to attend.

7. The Activation Room and other programs

The Activation Room and certain other cohort, consulting or facilitated programs may require a separate Participant Agreement. Program-specific payment, cancellation, refund, participation, confidentiality and conduct terms in that agreement control if they differ from these general website terms.

8. Community and participant conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and comply with the HHV Code of Conduct and any program- or event-specific guidelines. HHV may take reasonable action where conduct materially disrupts a program, event, community or the safety and dignity of participants.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, frameworks, written materials, program materials, downloads, graphics and other HHV-created content are owned by or licensed to HHV and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing or accessing material gives you permission for your own personal or internal use; it does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, resell, publish, teach, distribute or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.

10. Educational and informational nature

HHV content, books, frameworks, events and programs are educational and informational in nature. They are not a substitute for individualized legal, financial, medical, mental-health or other regulated professional advice. See our Program Disclaimer for additional information.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HHV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or participation in an offering. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these terms will be brought in the appropriate courts located in Broward County, Florida.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as our offerings or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page indicates the latest revision.
