“Here is more information for you to learn.”
Courses are built primarily around content. You learn the material, work through the lessons and decide how to apply it.

The Activation Room is not a six-month course. It is a facilitated implementation mastermind, designed to help you apply what you already know to real decisions, real obstacles and meaningful forward movement.
Bring what you know, what you are building and where you are stuck. This is where we work on moving it forward.
Express Interest in the Activation Room →
You may not need more information. You need a room that helps turn intention into visible action.
You can underline the chapter, fill pages with notes, pray sincerely and still find yourself hesitating when it is time to make the decision, have the conversation, build the thing or take the first step.
Courses are built primarily around content. You learn the material, work through the lessons and decide how to apply it.
The work begins with your real life: the decision in front of you, the obstacle slowing you down, the vision you are trying to bring to life and the next movement you need to make.
Expression of interest is the first step. It is not a commitment to enroll.
Over six months, the work is designed to help you move from reflection into decisions, from decisions into action, and from action into visible progress in the thing you are trying to bring to life.
Work through choices you have been postponing so you can identify what matters now and decide what comes next.
Bring the real resistance into the room and examine what is slowing movement rather than continuing to circle it alone.
Turn insight into practical next steps, supported by accountability and a rhythm that keeps implementation from disappearing beneath everyday urgency.
Build a body of decisions, actions and progress you can point to, rather than measuring the six months by how much information you consumed.
You have years of experience, wisdom, relationships and hard-earned perspective. The challenge is not whether you have something to offer. It is deciding what you will do with it now.
You have poured deeply before. You may have experienced burnout, disappointment or unhealthy sacrifice. You are ready for movement, but not at the cost of repeating an old model.
You have thought, prayed, planned and learned. Something in you knows the next season will not be unlocked by another year of private contemplation.
Hyacinth brings more than 25 years of leadership, business-building, facilitation and people-development experience into the Activation Room.
That experience matters because this is not theoretical work. Participants bring real visions, real decisions and real obstacles into the room. Hyacinth's role is to help you interrogate decisions, recognize patterns, work through obstacles and translate what you already know into action.
You remain the owner of your vision and your decisions. Hyacinth brings the experience, perspective, questions, challenge and structure to help you move them forward.
As a founding partner of a financial services company that grew to serve customers across 130+ countries, Hyacinth understands what it means to build through uncertainty, decisions, competing priorities and growth.
What that means in the Room: She can help you examine what you are trying to build, challenge assumptions and think practically about what needs to happen next.
Hyacinth's leadership career has spanned countries, cultures, organizations and complex operating environments.
What that means in the Room: She can help you look beneath the immediate obstacle, recognize what may actually be keeping you stuck and consider perspectives you may not have seen.
From emerging leaders and entrepreneurial cohorts to executives and teams, Hyacinth has spent decades training, mentoring and developing people.
What that means in the Room: Good facilitation is not about handing you all the answers. It creates the conditions to think more clearly, confront what needs confronting and take ownership of your next move.
Hyacinth has facilitated entrepreneurial cohorts and moderated international conversations across cultures, perspectives and complex subjects.
What that means in the Room: She knows how to draw out perspectives, challenge thinking without taking over and create a space where honest conversations can lead somewhere.
Expression of interest is the first step. It is not a commitment to enroll.
Then the rhythm begins again. Each month is designed to move what you know into practice, accountability and visible forward movement.
One facilitated Activation Session and one Community Check-In each month, supported by implementation work and Activation Partner accountability between touchpoints.
One substantive facilitated session each month to work through real decisions, obstacles and next moves, using the F.A.I.T.H. Formula and TAR-exclusive frameworks where they support implementation.
One lighter structured check-in each month focused on accountability, progress, obstacles, course correction and the next commitment.
Apply what you already know between touchpoints, so the work shows up in actual conversations, decisions, experiments, boundaries and action.
Stay connected to one accountability partner between touchpoints, making it harder for important commitments to disappear beneath everyday urgency.
The work is grounded in the F.A.I.T.H. Formula and moves beyond understanding the framework into structured implementation: examining what you carry, identifying what has kept you from moving, making decisions and putting those decisions into practice.
Look beyond credentials and surface achievements to experience, knowledge, relationships, gifts and story.
Notice the abilities, resources or parts of your story you keep describing as “just” ordinary, small or irrelevant.
Move from possibility into one meaningful next decision, conversation, experiment or act of leadership.
Consider what structures, boundaries, relationships or new containers are needed to sustain what you are building.
Join from wherever you are for two structured touchpoints each month: one facilitated Activation Session and one lighter Community Check-In, with implementation and Activation Partner accountability between them.
Select cohorts will be offered in Broward County, Florida for participants who want to do the work together in a physical room. Availability and location details will be included with the relevant cohort invitation.
One of the practices in the F.A.I.T.H. workbook invites small groups to listen as someone names what they carry, then add what they can see that the individual did not name for themselves.
That is part of the value of a room like this. You bring your own responsibility, discernment and willingness. The group creates perspective, encouragement and the kind of accountability that makes it harder to keep hiding from your own next move.
You bring the willingness. God brings the power.
Time to apply, encounter resistance, adjust and build meaningful momentum.
An intentionally small cohort where the right fit, participation and contribution matter.
One facilitated Activation Session and one Community Check-In every month to keep implementation moving.
Every participant is matched with an Activation Partner for accountability between sessions.
Tell us where you are and what you are ready to activate.
Suitable prospective participants are invited forward when a cohort opens.
A conversation to understand what you are working toward, what participation requires and whether TAR is the right environment for your next season.
If there is mutual fit, you receive full cohort details and an offer to join.
Secure your place within the stated enrollment period.
No. It is a facilitated implementation mastermind. A course says, “Here is more information for you to learn.” The Activation Room says, “Bring what you know, what you're building and where you're stuck. Let's work on moving it forward.” The purpose is application: real decisions, real obstacles and meaningful forward movement.
Yes. Participants must have read the book before entering the Activation Room. Familiarity with the framework, language and overall content is required. The Activation Room does not repeat the book. It begins where reading alone leaves off.
Each cohort runs for six months, with two structured touchpoints each month: one facilitated Activation Session and one Community Check-In, with implementation and Activation Partner accountability between them.
Each cohort is limited to 12 participants. This creates space for meaningful group work and allows every participant to be paired with an Activation Partner.
Fit matters. Places are offered based on readiness, alignment, willingness to participate fully and timely enrollment. Prospective participants will be interviewed for fit before a place is offered.
Expressions of interest are open on an ongoing basis. When the next cohort opens, people on the interest list will be notified and suitable prospective participants will be invited to a fit conversation.
Investment details and payment methods will be communicated clearly in the cohort invitation. You will know the full investment, payment options, cohort dates and participation expectations before being asked to register.
The Activation Room is designed for participation, not observation. Expect reflection, decisions or implementation work connected to your own life, plus accountability with your Activation Partner. The goal is evidence of movement between sessions.
This enquiry does not assume enrollment. It helps us understand what you are working through and allows us to send you the confirmed dates, format, investment and next steps once they are available.
