1. Purpose of HHV content and programs

Hyacinth Harley Ventures provides books, frameworks, educational resources, speaking, facilitated experiences and programs designed to support reflection, learning, planning and practical action.

2. Not professional advice

HHV content and services are educational and informational. They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, medical, mental-health, tax or other regulated professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your individual circumstances.

3. No guarantee of results

Frameworks, exercises, facilitated conversations and examples can support your thinking and action, but outcomes depend on many factors outside HHV’s control. Participation, purchase or implementation does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, business, financial, spiritual or other result.

4. Your decisions remain your own

You are responsible for evaluating information, deciding what is appropriate for your circumstances and making your own decisions. References to experiences, examples or possible outcomes are illustrative and should not be treated as promises of what you will achieve.

5. Faith-based content

Some HHV content is expressly rooted in Christian faith and may include Scripture, prayer, spiritual reflection or discussion of calling and purpose. This material reflects the faith perspective of the author or facilitator. It is not presented as a guarantee that a particular spiritual practice, interpretation or decision will produce a specific outcome.

6. Facilitation, mentoring and group experiences

Facilitation, mentoring and mastermind-style experiences are intended to create structure for learning, reflection, accountability and implementation. They are not therapy, clinical counseling, legal representation, financial advisory services or another licensed professional relationship.

7. Third-party information and resources

HHV may reference or link to third-party resources, retailers, platforms or service providers. A reference or link does not make HHV responsible for that third party’s content, availability, practices or services.
